I am a local Realtor and my client actually hired Lighthouse Painting to paint the entire inside of her home.   She moved to Virginia and left me in charge of completing the painting and other remodeling jobs that we were doing.  The lighthouse painting crew had just completed painting the exterior of the neighbor’s home when they were  hired by my client.

I worked closely with Lighthouse Painting after my client moved and I found them to be very reliable, professional, and paid close attention to detail.  They did proper prep for the project and was careful of the surroundings while they worked.  After we finished other remodeling jobs inside the home, Lighthouse came back at no charge and did touch up work where other contractors had dinged the walls and baseboards. They were punctual and, again, very professional.

On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give them a 9+.  I’m not sure how long it took them to complete the work, as the painting was interrupted several times due to floor installers, granite installers, and the movers who moved my client out of the home during the process.  Given the other jobs occurring simultaneously, Lighthouse  was patient and worked around the schedule of others.  They had no surprise charges and no hidden fees.  We did go over the original quote, but that was only because we added extra jobs along the way that were not originally quoted (i.e. a couple of ceilings and some outside painting).

I am very confident that Lighthouse will do a great job for anyone looking for great painters at a competitive price.  I found them to be honest and up front, and felt very comfortable with them and their integrity.
